At PugRecon, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If you're not happy with your subscription for any reason, please contact us and we'll try to resolve your concerns.

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund.
  • Prorated Refunds: After the initial 30 days, we may provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription under certain circumstances, at our discretion.
